A formerly nationally syndicated columnist for the WSJ and contributor to the NYT, Alexandra has appeared in over 1,000 media outlets to discuss issues facing modern organizations and their employees as well as individuals on the job market.

A seasoned television and radio commentator, Alexandra has filmed five satellite tours and numerous independent media pieces. Coming from a PR background and amassing a significant following herself with over 150,000 social media connections, Alexandra excels at incorporating brand messages into tangible and soundbite-worthy advice.

Inspiration at Work has also undertaken spokesperson work including hosting and keynoting online and offline events and creating thought leadership materials such as blog posts, sponsored articles, webinars, and research studies. Here are some recent highlights.

Eightfold AI

Alexandra co-authored a book on talent intelligence, Deep Talent, that served as the foundation for Eightfold's thought leadership efforts for more than year. As part of the marketing campaign, Alexandra conducted 50 media interviews, hosted a webinar and a podcast episode, and several executive roundtables and panels at Eightfold's annual Cultivate summit. 

American Express

Working with American Express for more than a decade, Alexandra helped launch and provide content for Open Forum (AMEX’s online small business community), and still writes for the AMEXBusiness site. Alexandra also served as a keynote speaker and media spokesperson for American Express sponsored events geared toward women, including the CEO Bootcamp and the National Association for Women Business Owners.

Canon

Alexandra’s small business influencer campaign with Canon celebrated the launch of the new MAXIFY printer and incorporated an in-person media kickoff, Twitter chats, sponsored blog posts, and an online contest. As part of the campaign, Alexandra worked with Forbes to shoot and publicize a video interview with a small business power couple.

DeVry University

Alexandra worked with DeVry to create the Career Advisory Board, a third-party think tank devoted to helping all job seekers advance.  Serving as an expert thought-leader on current workplace trends, Alexandra presented at numerous conferences on behalf of DeVry and conducted four satellite media tours.

Intuit

In partnership with the QuickBase brand, Alexandra helped to shape the brand’s first thought leadership blog. Over the course of seven years, The Fast Track became one of the most highly trafficked productivity outlets online. The Fast Track was also syndicated at Business2Community on behalf of QuickBase.

SilkRoad/Rival

Since 2010, Alexandra has developed content and served as an expert spokesperson on issues critical to HR professional success on behalf of software developer Silk Road, now rebranded Rival HR. Publishing blog posts, white papers, podcasts, video interviews, and nearly two dozen webinars for outlets such as HR.com, Training Magazine, and HR Daily Advisor, Alexandra also leads events at Rival-sponsored conferences including Connections and HR Tech. She also hosted a podcast on the future of work, Workforce 2030.

Xerox

Alexandra partnered with Xerox Office to introduce the new line of ConnectKey-enabled i-series multi-function printers, conducting a kickoff press and analyst event on the future of work and the office, filming a video with Xerox spokespeople, and writing several blog posts on hot office technology trends.
